Information collected
When you submit a project request, Charlotte Sitework Connect may collect your name, phone number, email address, property town and ZIP code, requested service, project stage, timeline and project details. Technical information such as landing page, referral source, campaign parameters, browser information and a privacy-conscious network identifier may also be recorded.
How information is used
Information is used to review, classify, retain and route property-service requests; communicate about a request; prevent abuse; measure marketing performance; improve the service; and maintain operational records.
Sharing with providers
Project information may be shared with one or more independent providers when reasonably necessary to identify coverage or respond to the requested service. Participating providers are separate businesses responsible for their own estimates, contracts, credentials, insurance, privacy practices and workmanship.
Connection-service status
Charlotte Sitework Connect is a project connection service and does not itself perform contracting, engineering, septic evaluation, permitting or excavation work unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Retention and security
Requests may be retained to administer referrals, document delivery, analyze performance and expand future coverage. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about a previously submitted request, reply to the communication you received and provide the lead reference when available.
